Future workers will have jobs if they can innovate
Robots and artificial intelligence will take some of the less skilled work from humans but workers that can innovate will continue to thrive.  
There needs to be strong Worker Integrated Learning programs in place; apprenticeships, placements or industry-partnered programs to support workers’ ability to innovate.
   “In an era increasingly characterized by artificial intelligence, rather than fearing the robot, attention is needed on equipping the workforce with innovation skills for the future of work," says Flinders University’s Professor Giselle Rampersad.
