The 2020 Corwin Professional Learning Conference (CPLC2020) will now be held as a Virtual Event with an even greater emphasis on Collaboration, Connection and Practical Tools
Although restrictions across Australia are easing, uncertainty remains around gatherings of over 500 people in an indoor environment, interstate travel with Australia and the ability of our International keynoters to join us in-person in Sydney this November. We are constantly monitoring the most current government recommendations on COVID-19 and with the health and well-being of our attendees, presenters, and colleagues in mind, we have taken the decision to shift this year’s event to a Virtual Conference.

The 2020 Corwin Professional Learning Conference (CPLC2020) will remain on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th November, 2020. The Corwin team are confident that this will be fantastic two days of professional learning for all those attending. There will be increased emphasis on the latest research from each of our incredible lineup of Keynote Speakers, multiple opportunities to collaborate with leaders, teachers and presenters from right across Australia as well as many practical strategies for you and your team to take away and employ within your own school. Together we will continue ‘moving learning forward’, learning best practices from our guests and one another despite the disrupted environment we face this year.

Throughout the conference, world renowned educational researchers and practitioners like John Hattie, Viviane Robinson, Carol Dweck, Douglas Fisher, James Nottingham and Pasi Sahlberg will share their expertise, research and best practices in deliberately designing education to move learning forward. Included in this conference are Keynotes, Voices from educators, Case Studies and Workshops.

Corwin remains excited to share with you two days of learning focusing on 'Moving Learning Forward… not by chance but by design'.
