Principals Scholarship winners off to Harvard
The three winners of the 2020 Principals Scholarships will travel to the Harvard Graduate School of Education to undertake a professional education program designed to strengthen their leadership skills.
   Each scholarship is valued at approximately $16,000 and includes program tuition for one of two prestigious Harvard Graduate School of Education programs.
   The Harvard Club of Australia Education Scholarships were established by the Public Education Foundation in 2013 and run with the help of Teachers Mutual Bank and the Harvard Club of Australia.

Port Macquarie Koala Hospital launches virtual excursion
Port Macquarie Koala Hospital’s virtual excursion for kids, hosted by Australian veterinarian and television presenter Dr Chris Brown launched on Friday (5 June 2020) at 4pm, to celebrate World Environment Day.
   ‘Koala Help’, a virtual interactive excursion will include a behind the scenes tour of the hospital facilities, and interviews with some of the volunteers.
   During the excursion there will be a special reunion between a rescued koala, who was injured during the recent bushfires, and the motorist who rescued him.
